As you would expect from a company that takes so much pride in its manufacturing capabilities, we only offer the highest quality materials available.

We don’t take any risks when it comes to construction and that’s why we always test new materials in professional labo's before they will be used in our products.

The main tests we do are:

• Tensile and flexure tests on the Rhinolene ® support sides (18mm (3/4") ultra stiff foamed polypropylene) and the Rhinex ® substrate (glassfibre reinforced 10mm foamed polypropylene).
• Tensile on the woodscrews (we have to pull for more then 500kg to pull out the screws !!!).
• Pressure tests on ramp samples (Together with the Rhinotop ® skate surface, our ramps can withstand more than 900 kg  (896 KN) of pressure on one skateboardwheel, measured between two beams of the structure).
