in the backs. Bolted to the sidepanels with tamperproof round headed
bolts.
Hot galvanised heavy duty barriers, with vertical pickets to prevent
climbing and to catch flying skate boards. Attached to the ramps with
tamperproof bolts.
Hot galvanised toeplates supported by PE-blocks, with riding up angles
less than 15% .
Hot galvanised 3 mm steel coping of 63 mm.
Stainless steel edge protections with R 10 rounded edges to protect
the edges of the ramps and the skaters.
3mm hot galvanised steel grindplates behind the coping to protect
the platform surface for grinding.
Aluminum edge protection, flush with the surface, to give the ramps
a nice finish.
Rhinex ®: 10 mm substrate. Glassfiber reinforced, 3-layer foamed
polypropylene ,together with the Rhinotop ®, it can withstand a pressure
of more than 900 kg on one skateboard wheel.
Rhinolene ®: 18 mm 3-layer foamed polypropylene. The sides have
fraised out notches to
support the struts. (These sides form a sandwich panel together with the
2 mm galvanised metal protection.) These sides are supported by 6 mm ALU
strips to avoid ground contact and to create a good ventilation.
Coper press treated and waxed
Norwegian pine struts. With
the C 24 mark, to guarantee the highest building timber quality possible.
Also used for constructions in very wet conditions.
Rhinotop ®: The best composite
surface available in the market with
a 5 year guarantee. This surface and the metal protection are screwed
on to the structure with special designed zink nickel screws with double
asymetric thread. These special treated screws can stand 500 kg of
pulling force before they loose grip (40% higher than normal screws).
They are tamperproof, with a safety pin.

Every joint and transition
of our ramps is protected by an overlapping hot galvanised protection
edge or strip (flush with the surface). You cannot find open gaps,
what’s safe and causes a smooth ride. All these edges
and strips are glued and screwed with a poly urethane silicone. Other joints
that can not be protected by metal strips, are filled with the same poly
urethane silicone.
